Sessions must be rescheduled with 48+ hours notice.

No-shows or cancellations under 48 hours are non-refundable.

Tickets are final sale and non-refundable.

You may transfer your ticket to another person if you cannot attend.

If the event is canceled by Kreesteeahna, you will receive a full refund or credit.

Due to the nature of instant access, all digital product purchases are non-refundable.
